This project consists of the installation of 2' curb and gutter, 2' grass strip and a 5' wide concrete sidewalk along the east shoulder of Glade Road and primarily along the southern shoulder of New Hope Church Road in Bartow County. The proposed work begins along the east side of Glade Road from Camp Drive to the intersection of New Hope Church Road and extends onto New Hope Church Road and ends at Allatoona Elementary School. The project length is 0.814 miles along both Glade Road and New Hope Church Road. Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid. The Performance Bond is required to be in an amount equal to I 00% of the Contract Price in a form to be provided. A Payment Bond in the amount of 110% of the Performance Bond is also required to be submitted in a form to be provided. A completed DBE Goals Form, Federal Aid Certification, and Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit shall be submitted with the bid. The DBE goal for this project is 13%.
