Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of Landscape, and Irrigation in Sunterra Section 34. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract Price. Owner reserves the right to award the Bid, at Owner's discretion, based on the amount of the total base bid (without including "Extra Unit Price Items" or "alternate" bid items) or on the amount of the total amount bid (including "Extra Unit Price Items" or "alternate" bid items), or based on any other combination, means or method determined appropriate by Owner.
