Site Directions: 60 Empire Drive, St. Paul, MN 55103 Buildings Rehabilitation/Renovation, Buildings/Public This project has a Enter TG/ED/VO Subcontracting Goal 5% Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and Veteran-Owned (VO) Small Business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goals established. Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, and Veteran-Owned small businesses that can be used to meet subcontracting goals MUST be certified by the Department of Administration, Office of State Procurement at the time of the subcontractor's work on the construction project. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Demolish existing flooring, selected walls, doors, frames, interior windows, ACT and lighting, casework and various portions of MEP. Core areas to remain are shown shaded on plans. 2. Reconfigure for new hard wall offices and cubicle furniture systems, MEP as shown on the drawings. 3. Revise access control system as described in drawings 4. Replace lighting control system. Crestron to match state standard. All questions should be submitted to Glen Carpenter no later than 12:00 pm CDT on August 1, 2023. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. All bids rejected.
