The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, intends issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) Solicitation No. W912EE23R0016 for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District (MVK) Mississippi River and Tributaries (MR&T) Program Multiple Award Task Order Contract(s) (MATOC). MVK proposes to award Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts, with a combined contract capacity of $99.5M and a five-year (60 month) ordering period to all qualifying offerors. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45M. Features of the work may include furnishing all plant, labor, and materials, and equipment necessary to perform studies, investigations, designs, and construction of compacted, semi-compacted, and un-compacted embankments for levees and berms utilizing Government furnished riverside or landside borrow areas as well as installation of relief wells along the toe of the levee. Other mission requirements include clearing and grubbing, ditching, furnishing and installing culverts and cattle guards, construction of drainage structures in borrow areas, establishment of turf, and crushed stone or asphalt paving on the levee crown. Work will be performed primarily along the Mississippi River Levee system within the geographic bounds of MVK. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of each construction task order issued is estimated to be between $5 Million and $10 Million. Individual task orders will be issued throughout the life of the contract and will designate the locations and types of work to be performed. Plans and specifications will be available on the Contract Opportunities Website at https://sam.gov/. Offerors may register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at https://sam.gov/. Hard copies or CDs will not be available. Offerors are encouraged to check often for changes (AMENDMENTS) to the posted solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about 14 July 2023 with proposals due on or about 13 August 2023 or thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued. This procurement is issued as a total small business set-aside under FSC Code Y1PZ and NAICS Code 237990, for firm, fixed-price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract(s) (MATOC). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
