Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 07/25/2023 05:00 PM EDT Question Deadline 07/14/2023 at 4:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online No All questions relative to this project prior to opening of Bids shall be emailed to purchasingteam@sdcwa.org General Requirements - Insurance Required License: Bidder shall possess a valid Class 39 Contractor License from the State of California at the time the project is bid, and, if awarded a contract, for the duration of the contract. The jobsite is located at the San Dieguito Santa Fe 3-4-5-6 Flow Control Facility (FCF) located at 18626 Aliso Canyon Road, Rancho Santa Fe, California. The service area of existing single-ply roof was installed approximately 30 years ago and is approximately 2,800 square feet. Work shall be performed during Water Authority business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless prior arrangements are made with Water Authority. The Water Authority will provide daily access to the jobsite during construction activities. The Water Authority intends to perform a daily inspection of the work to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Paragraph C of this scope of work. Contractor shall not proceed until the final inspections are performed and approved in writing by the Water Authority for the following: a. Existing structural deck condition assessment b. Installation of wall and curb base flashings c. Final bituminous membrane roofing install d. Final Site Restoration
