Broward Health is requesting quotes for the purchase, delivery, and installation of furniture for the Broward Health North GME Renovation project. Please refer to the Furniture Specifications file and the Architectural Drawings provided with this RFQ for specific details. The project is located on the first floor and third floor of Broward Health North. Duration of the install, from receiving at the loading dock, transport from the dock to the freight elevator, transport to the room location, and assembly within the designated location is time sensitive. It is anticipated that delivery and installation can take place during normal business hours, 8:00am - 5:00pm. All packaging materials shall be removed by the bidder and disposed of off Broward Health premises by the awarded vendor at vendor's expense. Construction Management Contractor and Broward Health loading dock dumpsters shall not be utilized. Pre-Bidders Meeting/Site Visit Location: N/A Vendor Inquiry Deadline Prior to 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday, July 10, 2023 To the extent that there are any questions regarding this RFQ, such questions should be addressed in writing via email to the Bids Department at bids@browardhealth.org.
