(UGINOX, APERAM brand or equivalent) .3 Repair by new welded covering (15%) of the embossed sheet metal cover for the 4 slopes of the main roof .4 Replace deteriorated elements of the galleries' wooden structure. .5 Partial replacement (20%) of pinch-joint sheet metal roofing on gallery roofs .6 Repair by new welded cover parts (20%) of the sheet metal cover with pinched joint for the roofs of the galleries .7 Hood of the opening of the abandoned path .8 Partial repair and replacement of period soffits .9 Partial repair and replacement of vintage ice stops .10 Complete painting of wooden structures of roofs and galleries with oil paint. .11 All work made necessary for the realization of what is described. Painting of roofs in aluminum paint is not included in this work.
