SOLICITATION SUMMARY 1. The US Army Contracting Command -- Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to replace the roof of building 10-030 located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and the terms and conditions of this solicitation. 2. Solicitation W519TC-23-Q-2426 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 13 -- Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented by the information contained within this notice. 3. The provisions and clauses contained in this solicitation are those in effect through Federal Circular 2023-05, 15 August 2023 4. The applicable NAICS code for this solicitation is 238610, the small business size standard is $19,000,000.00 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 5650. 5. Per FAR 36.204 the of this project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The physical characteristics are detailed in the SOW. 6. Vendor will perform work under the resultant contract via FOB Destination at Pine Bluff Arsenal 10020 Kabrich Circle Building 10-030 Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500 Inspection and Acceptance will occur at Destination. 7. Period of : The vendor shall complete all work within 60 days of Notice to Proceed (NTP). 8. Quotes shall include a technical description of the work and materials required to complete the requirements of the SOW, see Instructions to Offerors below. 9. Quotes shall be submitted utilizing the attached Price Matrix, see Instructions to Offerors below. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
