The VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161 has a requirement to fully renovate approximately 8,492 sf of the existing first floor SE area and 432 sf of the fifth floor of Building 1 in order to relocate the existing pharmacy from its current location to a designated area in the southeast quadrant of the first floor, and a remote ICU satellite pharmacy located on the fifth floor. Work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, training, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. The work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings (when available) of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
