Veteran Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice to identify companies that have the resources and capabilities to provide Fire Station Alerting system at the Beckley VA Medical Center (BECVAMC). Description of Work: The contractor will provide and install an alerting system that is compatible with VA Central Dispatch equipment as well as our mutual aid partners dispatch centers to include CAD interface. All work performed will be in accordance with NFPA 1221. Specific Tasks. Contractor will provide labor and materials to install all monitors, consoles, controls, wiring, cables, speakers, lights, volume controls, zone controls and any other devices needed to ensure that the alerting system is operational. Contractor will ensure that the system is operational with VA Central Dispatch and our mutual partner dispatch centers. Place of Performance: The place of performance would be Martinsburg VA Hospital. 510 Butler Ave Building 318 Martinsburg, WV 25405 Interested & Capable Responses: NCO 5 is seeking responses from companies that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide these services. GSA contract number, if your company has one, that includes a RSO line item and coverage includes the Washington, DC geographical area. 4.
