In general, the work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing solar powered flashing LED stop signs and necessary incidental hardware. The LED signs will be installed by City forces and shall include all necessary appurtenances for mounting the LED signs to streetlights, U-channel sign posts, and square channel sign posts. The install flashing stop signs conforming to the technical requirements. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to performing the following work: - Furnishing complete solar powered flashing stop signs and mounting hardware - Furnishing associated documentations including user manuals - Packaging, shipping, and delivery of the solar powered flashing LED stop signs to the City Online Q&A Yes. Q&A Deadline 07/06/2023 2:00 PM (PDT) The City of Bell reserves the right, after opening bids, to reject any or all bids, or to make award to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder and reject all other bids; to waive any informality in the bidding; to accept any bid or portion thereof; and to take all bids under advisement for a period of sixty (60) calendar days. Bids will be compared based on Total Bid Price The Vendor shall submit a Request for Information (RFI) within five (5) business days of an event or question of fact arising under the Contract. The Engineer in charge of the project shall have ten (10) business days to respond to an RFI or any Submittal required to be made under Contract.
