Marion VAMC Building 1, This project will remodel 20,000 square feet for Social Work, Mental Health Intensive Case Management, Home Based Primary Care, Intimate Partner Violence, Caregiver Support and Homeless. This project will remodel space for services currently located around the campus in patient care buildings. Those spaces will be renovated in the future. This project doesn't add services, but rather moves existing services to Building 3 where they can be consolidated. There will be no additional space provided to departments, just shifting of locations into Building 1 remodeled space. Remodel Building 1, Project 610-21-101 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, parts, materials, labor and supervision necessary to complete the Remodel Building 1 Project 610-21-101, at the Northern IN VA Healthcare System (Marion Campus) 1700 E. 38th St., Marion, IN 46953. Refer to attachments, specifications, drawings and Statement of Work for a complete description of the requirements. Period of Performance is 610 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. An organized pre-bid site visit is scheduled for: Date: 7 February 2024 at 10:00am Local Time. Location: Bldg 52 Conference Room, 1700 E 38th St., Marion, IN 46953 Magnitude of Construction: Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Small Business Size Standard: $45M All bids must be submitted via mail or hand-delivered to 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240. NOTICE: The VA and/or a third party (support contractor) will require access to VA contractor records to assess contractor compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirements included in VAAR 852.219-75. See VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction located in the General Conditions. **Bidders must submit completed certifications at 852.219-75 and 52.219-28 at the time of bid opening. Bid Opening will be held via phone conference at the time specified in block 13 unless otherwise stated via amendment. Call-in information will be provided via amendment prior to bid opening. Bidders' Veteran Small Business Certification listing must appear at the time of bid opening AND at the time of award.
