The new plant will have a capacity of 180,000 GPD, or 125 GPM, compose of a 15,000-gallon concrete settling tank with forced draft aeration, two (2) new concrete clearwells, four (4) media filters with a filtration rate of 2.48gpm/sq.ft. each, two (2) Ion Exchange Softeners with a softening rate of 2.87 gpm/sq.ft each, new chlorine feed & potassium permanganate chemical feed system with an external brine tower, new low & high service pumps, new well pumps, and a diesel generator. Also includes ~346 LF of 6 PVC SDR-35 sanitary sewer.
