PREVAILING WAGES: There are NO PREVAILING WAGES applicable for this project. The Work of this Contract comprises the GOB Funded Building No. 1 Renovations at Southwood Middle School located at 16301 S.W. 80 th. Avenue, Palmetto Bay, Florida 33157. Scope of Work includes, but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Selective Demolition and Removal of Portions of Existing improvements. 2. Replacement/Upgrades to Auditorium sound (audio/visual) system. 3. Replacement/Upgrades to Auditorium Stage lighting system and control panel. 4. Replacement of electrical florescent and "high-hat" Auditorium house lighting. 5. Replacement and/or addition of electrical Auditorium special purpose/courtesy (step) lighting. 6. Replacement / upgrade to Auditorium Epoxy flooring. 7. Replacement / upgrade to Auditorium acoustical wall panels/treatment. 8. Replacement / upgrade to Auditorium Stage curtains and riggings. 9. Replacement / upgrades Dressing Areas and Toilet Room plumbing fixtures, finishes, lighting, ceiling and millwork cabinets. 10. Miscellaneous improvements/upgrades to Auditorium electrical system, wiring and panelboards. 11. Repair and/or Replacement of existing Auditorium Stage flooring. 12. Replacement Of Suspended Acoustical Ceiling Tiles & Aluminum Grid System, Lay-In Light Fixtures, And Miscellaneous Floor Finishes. 13. Incidental Interior Painting 14.
