Remove and re-install existing hood and water filters if applicable. Contractor will be responsible to patch and paint all wall areas that are affected by the removal of existing cabinets. The Contractor may contact HHA for the interior paint manufacturer to match the paint color. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, permits, equipments, drawings neccesary to perform the work specified to pass all necessary inspections up to and including the final inspections. All work shall be in accordance with all applicable local codes and ordinances, and the Florida Building Code Contractor shall notify the owner, HHA of any discrepencies before proceeding with the wor
