Scope of work: 1. Temorarilly remove all chimney and plumbing vent flashings, attic vents, and all satellite dishes. Set aside chimney flashings and sattelites to be reinstalled on roof shingle completion. 2. Remove all existing ice guard, underlay and shingles from the East & West roof buildings and dispose of them at the local disposal site. 3. Inspect all Eventide Homes 2 buildings roof sheathing for buckling and water damages. Document all damages with photos and report to ASHC representative. 4. Inspect all roof edge flashing and fascia for damages and report to ASHC representative. 5. Remove all metal gooseneck vents from both roofs and replace with new zinc coated galvanized steel gooseneck vents c/w heavy duty screens. 6. Install new no calk thermoplastic vent flashing on all plumbing stacks. 7. Remove existing flat attic roof vents and replaced with new Duraflo ProTurbo vents. Thirteen (13) on northwest office building and ten (10) on the northeast residents building for a total of 23 vents and installed as per as per manufacturer's instructions. 8. Install new (dual grey) asphalt Malarkey Architectural Legacy or equivalent shingles, complete with ice & water shield on all eaves and valley's with synthetic underlay or asphalt paper on the rest of roof deck to the ridge. 9. Replace all existing drip edge flashing on eaves and rakes if found to be damaged. 10. Should wheeled machinery be deemed necessary, protect existing lawns from being damaged by wheels or tracks. 11. Ensure that area is cleaned daily and all debris and nails are disposed of.
