**As of August 17, 2023, project was awarded to KJ OILFIELD SERVICES, LLC, awarded amount is $135,600.** The City of Pearsall is seeking bids for paving of Street Improvement Project identified above as: East Carter Street. The work consists of paving approximately 1475 ft x 40 ft (59,000 sq ft) to existing reconstructed roadway with 2" type D asphalt (Hot Mix). The winning bidder will be responsible for purchasing aggregate material (hot mix) needed for this project. The roadway is within the incorporated portions of the City of Pearsall between South Oak (Spur 581) Street and South Pecan Street which includes three intersections (see attached Exhibit for location) The contractor is welcome to visit location any time before bids are submitted. Public Works will be available between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, M-F, to discuss any questions, or to walk the site with interested contractors. The winning bidder must supply all paving equipment, labor, traffic control, supervision and material needed for job fulfillment The City of Pearsall reserves the right to reject any, and all submitted bids if it is deemed in the best interest of the City To inquire information about the project, contact the City of Pearsall City Manager by email: freyes@cityofpearsall.org
