Bid is cancelled Solicitation packages will be on or about 10/30/2023. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal required to Repair Steel Bulkheads and MISC Paved Areas at U. S. Coast Guard Sector Northern New England, South Portland, ME (Cumberland County). The work includes a base to replace the concrete pavement along the West Face Main Pier and replace the asphalt pavement along the East Face Main Pier; replace the perimeter fence along the West and East Face Main Pier; relocate the underground fire alarm line at the West Face Main Pier outside of the footprint of the proposed concrete pavement. It also includes two optional items to seal and pressure grout the identified historic rock anchors, historic patch plates, historic wale fixing bolt holes, existing rock anchors, existing tie rods, and existing rock anchor collar plates at the Northeast Corner, North Face, and Northwest Corner Main Pier and to replace the existing timber fender system at the Northwest Corner Main Pier. This invitation for is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% - for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. The of construction range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. , payment, and bonds will be required. The overall period for this project is 175 calendar from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The opening date is scheduled for 11/29/2023 at 2:00 pm.
