Central Maui Sewer Rehabilitation Liko Place The work covered under this contract includes the closure of approximately 400 linear feet of deteriorated 6-inch and 8-inch gravity sewerlines, sewer laterals, and three (3) sewer manholes; and installation of approximately 410 linear feet of new 8-inch gravity sewerline and four (4) new sewer manholes located within Liko Place and in private property along Liko Place in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. The work also includes reconnection of 10 sewer laterals with cleanouts to the new sewerline; site restoration; and furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment required for the closure of existing sewerlines and manholes and installation of new sewerlines and manholes. Bidders must be qualified in compliance with Section 103D-310 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. Bidders shall be licensed in accordance to Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of Contractors. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total ofthe bid submitted.
