The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph, Texas (TX) is issuing this Solicitation/Request for The purpose of this Amendment 0002 to RFP FA300223R0021 is to: 1. Revise the description for CLIN X019; 2. Update Attachments 1, 2, 4, 11, 16, 17, and 19; 3. Add Attachments 15b and 25 through 31. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Proposal (RFP) to provide comprehensive Base Operation Support (BOS) functions to include Operations and Maintenance (OandM), Engineering, Environmental, Emergency Management (EM), Real Property (RP), and Financial Management (FM) and all related services at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, TX. The Solicitation/RFP identifier is FA300223R0021. The Service Provider (SP) shall meet all requirements and responsibilities in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), See RFP Attachment 1, applicable to the following five (5) functional areas: PWS Section 2 - All Services PWS Section 10 - Installation Management PWS Section 11 - Operations Management PWS Section 12 - Engineering Management PWS Section 14 - Emergency Management (EM) This acquisition will be a competitive 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside and will be a Best Value/Subjective Trade-off source selection. A multi-day pre-proposal site visit is anticipated to be held at Sheppard AFB on the 12th and 13th of July 2023, see RFP Attachment 13 for instructions regarding the site visit. See attached Solicitation/RFP and all Attachments for all instructions and information regarding this Solicitation/RFP.
