Question Deadline 06/30/2023 Questions on this bid are to be emailed to Fincontracts@kenner.la.us no later than FIVE (5) working days prior to bid opening. Please reference bid number in all requests. Furnish & Install ten (10) new beam detectors in the same location to be surface mounted as the existing detectors. All detectors are to be tied in to the existing fire alarm panel and operating.This is to include and painting and patching and fire caulking of walls or surfaces where old detectors have been removed and/or replaced.The City of Kenner reserves the right to award contracts or place orders with the lowest responsive bidder, on a lump sum or individual item basis or such combination as shall in its judgment be in the best interest of the cit A payment and performance bond will be required for this bid if total cost exceeds $25,000.00. The amount of each of the bonds will be 50% of the contract price unless otherwise indicated in the technical specifications. The successful bidder shall supply the performance and payment bonds to the Finance Department within (10) business days of bid opening FURNISH & INSTALL REPLACEMENT FIRE ALARM BEAM SMOKE DETECTORS AT THE PONTCHARTRAIN CENTER
