The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of design, fabrication, supply and installation of an illuminated sign cabinet and electronic message board to replace existing sign cabinet and marquee, respectively, on an existing pylon structure, including line locates, boxes of illumination, electrical and data connections to existing site utilities at Seven Oaks Pool, 434 - 464 Adsum Drive. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Shop drawings displaying final design of new illuminated sign cabinet and programmable LED electronic message board based on Tender Drawings including details of internal framing; structural connections, electrical and data connections, and materials; (b) Removal and disposal of existing sign cabinet, marquee, and any other materials requiring removal in order to complete Work; (c) Supply of samples of materials and colours for new sign cabinet; (d) Fabrication and installation of new materials; (e) Commissioning of electrical, lighting and data to new sign; and (f) Supply of operations and maintenance manuals and any training to site staff necessary for operation of illuminated sign and electronic message board.
