Reference Number 0000322277 Question Acceptance Deadline 06/22/2023 11:00 AM EDT Description The City seeks the bid of qualified respondents to provide services that shall rehabilitate the pump station and water line located near Ken Mitchell Park. The City owns a non-operational pump station in this area and expect that at the completion of this project it shall be used to pump raw water to the east end of the City in order to meet water use obligations. The Respondent shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools/equipment, and all other things necessary for completion of the project in compliance with the civil construction plans and specifications General Requirements - Certification/Training - Contractors License Required - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Warranty Information Required - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Procurement Point of Contact: Kelsey Archuleta Email Address: procurement@brightonco.gov The project shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the supply, delivery, fabrication, installation, testing, and other materials and services required for the Ken Mitchell to Beebe Draw Pump House Rehabilitation project. Salient features include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolish pumping skid, pumps, piping, electrical control panels, and concrete floor from existing building. 2. Install helical piles to provide additional support for existing grade beams. 3. Cast new concrete floor over wet well to accommodate new pumps. 4. Install new pumps, piping, and surge tank in building. 5. Install new electrical panels, control panel, and instrumentation. 6. Install new lights. 7. Block in existing louver with new masonry block. 8. Install new HVAC system. 9. Insulate building and paint interior of building. 10. Install gutters and downspouts. 11.Patch concrete slab exterior of building where slab was demolished. 12.Install two (2) new air vac vaults in pump-back line. 13.Install one (1) new pressure sustaining vault in pump-back line. 14.Install a flow meter at the augmentation pipe outfall. 15.Rehabilitation/repair of existing eastern outfall structure if necessary (will require coordination with FRICO) 16.Any other work identified in the provided plans and specifications 17.Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with City of Brighton staff during all phases of the project. 18.Obtain all necessary permits required for construction of the project
