Bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 in the St. Lucie County Purchasing Department, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Room 228, 2nd Floor of the Roger Poitras Administration Annex, Fort Pierce, Florida, 34982.The opening of bids does not obligate the County to award a contract pursuant to this solicitation. The award of the Contract, if it is awarded, shall be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose qualifications indicate the award will be in the best interest of the County and whose bid complies with all prescribed requirements.
