**As of August 4, 2023, project was awarded to Roseberrys' Plumbing & Heating, Inc, but awarded amount is not available.** A. SCOPE OF WORK. Generally, the work under this contract includes providing and installation of new piping to connect to existing filter to waste control valves. Combine piping from filters to single 10-inch filter to reclaim drain. Installation of a drain basin to accept existing 10-inch filter to the reclaim pond. Installation of approximately 160 linear feet of 10-inch pipe to the reclaim pond. Contractor shall obtain and provide all permits, QC testing, materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to perform the required services. Contractor to review and stamp compliance of all permanent material submittals prior to submission to City for review and approval. Note: A City of Durango Building Permit is not required but all other applicable permits will be the responsibility of the contractor. All work shall be completed under the supervision and inspection of the City Project Manager or assigned agent. Any deviation from the project or standard specifications shall be approved, in writing, in advance. Any deviation from the project or standard specifications without prior authorization shall result in the immediate suspension of work, removal of the non-compliant work at Contractor's cost, and possible termination of contract. The scheduled work period is tentatively set as July 31, 2023, through January 24, 2024, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the city of Durango, and the contractor. Work shall be accomplished as soon as practical.
