Covington Central Riverfront Development ("CCR") Block A [Revised Scope Of Work and Re-solicitation; Ref. RFP230503] After the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced its intent to close its 23-acre facility in Covington, Ky along the Ohio River, the City of Covington (City) began a year-long master planning process with a team of nationally renowned consulting firms including Cooper Carry, JLL, Noell Consulting, DaVinci, and Woolpert. The result is an award-winning plan that brings back the street grid and mixed-use neighborhood which stood on the site prior to the construction of the IRS facility in the mid 1960s. Respondent Questions Due 2023 Oct 17 Questions related to this request must be submitted in writing to: peter.hager@covingtonky.gov by the date listed in the schedule below Respondent shall acquire, or demonstrate prior to acquisition of, a City of Covington Business Regulatory Licenses prior to commencing Work. Respondent shall also ensure that nay SubRespondent(s) has acquired all licenses necessary to do business in the City of Covington. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to terminate negotiations at any time.
