**As of August 8, 2023 project was awarded to CGS LLC. but awarded amount is not available.** The scope of work includes: The demolition and removal of the shingled roofing down to the decking and removal of demolition material offsite. Installation of the following: new 30- year architectural shingle, GAF Timberline HDZ or equivalent, including ridge cap and vent, new flashing/pipe boots around plumbing stacks, new substrate/decking as required (give an allowance for a percentage of the roof substrate/decking to be replaced if rotten/unusable), renail loose decking as required, install new synthetic underlayment, and repair of seam that is displaced on northwest side of roof. The contractor will furnish the owner with a material and labor warranty for this project, clean up area, haul trash and debris from the job sites. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to complete this project. Contractor is responsible for all building permits by the city and county. The building will be occupied during the work. Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to replace the Camden County Government Services Roof Replacement. Contractors must furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment to remove and replace the old roofing Camden County provides equal opportunity for all businesses and does not discriminate against any person or business because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, and handicap or veterans status. The county reserves the right to reject all bids that are non-responsive or not responsible. Questions regarding this bid may be directed in writing to the Purchasing Officer, Kelsey Kelley at bids@co.camden.ga.us. All questions shall be received by June 20th, 2023 and answered by June 22nd, 2023. No bid shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days
