Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: The rehabilitation shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of road pavement section, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, storm drain inlets and pipe, pavement striping, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications.
