Construction consists of the remodel of the 68,000sf existing elementary school. The Work consists of: Comprehensive Modernization to include Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Information Technology, and Security Work. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of: AB, B, B2. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders. All proposals shall be valid for 6 0 days after the official Bid Date and MUST be included with an executed "Project Workforce Checklist AND CCSD Request for Waiver."
