Franklinton Junior High School Waterproofing and Masonry Repairs A performance bond and a payment bond with each in an amount of 100 percentage of the contract will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder, and all costs in connection with such bonds shall be paid by the successful bidder. The Contractor shall certify that he is licensed under R.S. 37:2150-2173 and show the Bidders name, his Louisiana license number. The Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, tools, equipment, and perform all work and services necessary for or incidental to the furnishing and installation, complete with Masonry Sealer as shown on drawings and as specified in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents and completely coordinated with that of all other trades. Although such work is not specifically shown or specified, all supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances and devices incidental to or necessary for a sound, secure, and complete installation shall be furnished and installed as part of this work. This section covers the preparation, materials, services, and equipment required in conjunction with the application of a clear water repellent on all above grade, vertical and horizontal, exterior exposed surfaces of concrete, split face masonry units, and brick.
