The City of Plano is soliciting for construction services for a project that includes repairs of the Big Lake weir and overbank A BID BOND or a CASHIERS CHECK in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must be received by The City of Plano Purchasing Division prior to the published bid closing date/time. QUESTIONS Submit all questions on the solicitation's question portal on PlanoTX.ionwave.net by the Question Deadline. Answers will be provided via the IonWave interface or addenda on PlanoTX.ionwave.net. To attend the Mandatory site visit, view the project work area at the following location at the date/time stated on Ionwave. Big Lake Park 3800 Rainier Road Plano, Texas 75074 NOTE: No questions will be answered on site; questions from all site visits will be answered via addendum on IonWave.] IMPORTANT: This project requires attendance at a minimum of ONE (1) of the TWO (2) scheduled mandatory site visits. WORK HISTORY: The City is requesting references that demonstrate the following: Contractor's ability to o Meet contract schedule and budget o Mitigate long lead items and material price increases o Monitor noise levels, traffic control, delivery disruptions Daily on-site person (project manager or project superintendent): o Substantial experience in projects of similar size and scope 3 project references in the last 5 years The apparent low bidder will be asked to submit a list of projects and references that meet the requested qualifications within 72 (seventy-two) hours of City request.
