B. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). Scope of Work: o The Project consists of the renovation of interior areas of Alexandria Jr./Sr. High School located at1 Burden Ct., Alexandria, IN 46001. Project scope includes interior construction to modify the existing media center and select areas with the existing building, including demolition, metal stud and gyp. brd. assemblies, bulkheads, ACT, finishes, and minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. o Construction is planned to begin during the beginning of July. Work outside the media center should target substantial completion prior to the start of school (August 3, 2023). The media center is targeting final completion by October 31,2023. o The Contract is a single prime contract. Other trades required for the Work are to be engaged as sub-contractors.
