ORACLE PROJECT # 42011.680536034.5666000.6827000 PCU PROJECT # 2021-8-60-0 Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform all operations required for the construction of three new duplex lift stations - LS-374, LS-375, and LS-376 - to replace list stations with the same designation and to construct a new force main to transmit flow from LS-374 approximately 1,750 feet west along Sunshine Drive to the west side of US Highway 27 and approximately 5,000 feet north on US Highway 27 and manifold into an existing City of Lake Wales force main Qualification Requirements: Bidder shall be a State of Florida licensed General Contractor with experience in lift station and underground construction of similar nature. HDD Installers must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as the prime bidder with the specific product and have installed a minimum of 50,000 LF of pipe by HDD as the prime bidder. The project is located within the Crooked Lake subdivision and along US Highway 27. Lift station LS-374 replacement is at the corner of Sunshine Drive and Canal Drive, LS375 Replacement is along Canal Court, and LS-376 replacement is at the package wastewater treatment plant along East Lane. New 6-inch force main is being installed along Sunshine Drive out to US Highway 27. New 8-inch force main is being installed along the west side of US Highway 27 from Sunshine Drive north to approximately 500 feet south of the Alturas Babson Park Cut Off Road (CR 640) right-of-way.
