Prep/patch subfloor to ensure smoothness and leveling, prior to installation of new flooring. Install new government-furnished vinyl flooring, cove base and adhesive(s). Repair damage to any walls, floorings and/or surrounding surfaces caused by the contractor s personnel and/or sub-contractor(s).
