The Town of Hollis, NH solicits bids from qualified companies for an electrical panel and replace outdoor recreational field lighting with LED lighting. The Town of Hollis, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, is seeking bids from electricians for services to bring Recreation Field electrical panel up to code and install LED lighting on all lighting fixtures located on recreation fields, tennis court and basketball court. The Owner will expect the following; 1) Bring the Electrical Panel current adopted New Hampshire State electric code. 2) Remove (12) lights on the Baseball field and replace them with (12) LED lights that meet sports field lighting standards. 3) Remove lighting fixture and pole arm on (8) poles on tennis courts and replace with a new arm and LED lights that meet outdoor tennis court lighting standards. 4) Replace one-hour timer for lights on basketball and tennis courts. 5) Remove the lighting fixture and arm on (3) poles on basketball court and replace all (3) with a new arm and LED lights that meet outdoor playing court standards. 6) Remove one (1) HPS (High Pressure Sodium) light and replace it with one (1) LED Flood Light. 7) Remove (5) heads and post at the Lawrence Barn and replace them with LED post heads that meet outdoor lighting standards for buildings. All questions or requests for clarification regarding the Bid must be received in writing, via email, to recreation@hollisnh.org by July 5, 2023. Answers to all questions received will be published in an addendum no later than Thursday, July 6, 2023. The timeframe for bringing the electrical panel up to code and the Outdoor Recreational Field Lighting upgrade is in the summer/fall of 2023. The Town of Hollis reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, and to waive any minor informalities as it deems to be in the Town's best interest. The Town reserves the right to conduct reasonable negotiations with low and sole bidders. The Town also reserves the right to cancel the award because of non-performance by winning bidder related to any of the terms, conditions, and specifications identified in the Bid. Failure to submit all information may declare a Bid as non-responsive and subject to disqualification.
