The project consists of a replacement of the existing 109,000 sf Illahee Middle School with a new w 79,000 sf middle school and renovation of the approximately 26,000 SF gymnasium on the existing site. The project will include the new school building, demolition of the existing facility, renovation of the existing gym building, associated parking facilities and drives, utilities, and ROW street improvements. The project construction budget is approximately $66 million and will have a capacity of approximately 800 students. NTP for construction activity to begin at the jobsite is approximately June 26, 2023. Substantial Completion November 11th, 2024.
