The project scope includes new construction of a new community center facility of approximately 4,400 sq. ft. and consists of a covered patio, half court gymnasium/multipurpose room, offices, and conference area. Construction assemblies consist of load bearing CMU and metal stud walls, face brick, TPO roofing, aluminum storefront assemblies. MEP systems include package roof top units. Site work includes grading and hardscape areas. The Project is to be complete within 365 calendar days from the commencement of the work. Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program goal of 3% applies. All questions during the bidding period shall be submitted via email to Josh Gilpin (integrity Architecture) at josh@integrityarch.com no later than May 29, 2023 (10 days prior to the established bid date). All answers to bidders questions will be via addenda. Final addenda will be issued no later than June 1,2023. The project will comply with current Buy America, Davis Bacon wage rates, and further federal regulations as noted in the Project Manual Sections LPA - KYTC Supplementary Instructions Bidders & ARPA - ARPA Requirements. All related certificates and affidavits must be submitted prior to award. The Owner reserves the\ right to waive informalities and irregularities and shall have the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidder is required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
