The work of this contract includes removals of existing infrastructure, all new sewers, watermains, and utility work as specified on the contract drawings. Road work shall include all roads to be completed to base course asphalt. Works will include rock excavation, site grading, export of excess soils, landscaping and fencing. The contractor will be responsible to coordinate work with ongoing LRT construction. LRT intends to have their work completed in the Gladstone ROW by the middle of August 2023. Ottawa Community Housing Corporation (the Owner) have engaged Stantec Consulting Ltd. (the Engineer) as the Civil Engineering Consultant for this project.
