DESCRIPTION OF WORK (PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS): The project scope is to construct a 57,000 sf SOF Operations Integrations Facility at MacDill Air Force Base utilizing conventional design and construction methods. Its purpose is to construct a secure, multi-story facility to support the expanded USSOCOM mission. This multi-level security facility will support operations, providing administrative offices, open office areas, collaboration spaces, classified and unclassified conference rooms, and support spaces. Project also includes the construction of new Maintenance and Storage Facilities to replace several facilities being demolished and clear the site for the new facility.
