The City of Plano is soliciting a contract for the repair, lining, and replacement of sanitary sewer mains and laterals, at various locations throughout the City of Plano, Texas. This contract is estimated at $9,525,000. A BID BOND or a CASHIERS CHECK in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must be received by The City of Plano Purchasing Division prior to the published bid closing date/time. If you are responding electronically, a scanned copy of the Bid Bond must be received by the City of Plano PRIOR TO the published bid closing date/time. Bid Bonds may be submitted by uploading a scanned copy into Ion Wave. The city will require the presumed awardee to furnish the original bid bond within 24 hours of the request by City of Plano Procurement. This contract will be for repair, lining, and replacement sanitary sewer mains and laterals, as more specifically described herein, within the City of Plano, Texas. The quantities shown on the bid form are only estimated amounts. Actual number may vary. Work orders for the repair, lining and replacement of sanitary mains and laterals will be issued as the need arises upon the discretion of the City of Plano.
