In the event the Contractor fails to return the documents in this 5-day period, the University reserves the right to award the contract to the next lowest qualified bidder DUE DATE FOR QUESTIONS: Due Date for questions shall be June 1, 2023 at 12:00 Noon. All questions must be reduced to writing and emailed to the attention of Robert Kuhn, Senior Buyer at Rfpteam3@wayne.edu. Substantial Completion will be completed no later than March 1, 2024
