The scope includes disconnecting existing water tanks, removing and recycling off campus and installing new standard electric water heaters, matching the current or largest available capacity to match the existing water heater installation The work will take place summer 2023 through no later than december 29, 2023. Installation plan and schedule can be determined following award with mutual agreement of both parties. There is one gas water heater (the 91 gallon unit). Most of the installations will be in occupied units but there is a chance a few will be vacant. Inquiry due date: 5/26/23 12:00 P.M. The Buyer will then send you an invitation to join the sourcing event. If you do not email the Buyer, you will not be invited to the sourcing event.
