**As of August 18, bids received were rejected.No definite date for rebid.** Question Deadline 08/03/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Any questions concerning the 2023 Remington Avenue Streetscape Improvement project shall be directed and submitted to remington@kimley-horn.com The Prime Bidder shall be a prequalified GA Department of Transportation contractor & will furnish all materials, labor, equipment & perform all work required to complete the project. This project consists of improvements to Remington Avenue and Kern Street from Smith Avenue to East Pinetree Blvd. These improvements include resurfacing, curb and gutter, roundabout construction, landscaping, storm water improvements, water main replacements, and sewer rehabilitation. A complete set of plans, specs, & bid documents may be viewed at the City Engineer's Office & obtained from Kimley-Horn Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount. The City of Thomasville, GA reserves the right to reject any & all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, &/or to award the contract in the best interest of the City This project consists ofimprovements to Remington Avenue from Smith Avenue to East Pinetree Blvd. These improvements include resurfacing, curb and gutter, roundabout construction, landscaping, storm water improvements, water main replacements, and sewer rehabilitation.
