Separate sealed bids for construction of Park County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall Washrooms will be received by Park County at the office of Park County Courthouse. Bids received after the stipulated time shall be returned unopened. The project consists of Adding men's and women's washrooms along with a janitor's room into the northeast corner of the existing Exhibit Hall Building located at the Park County Fairgrounds in Livingston, MT. The existing building is of pre-engineered metal building construction. The new construction will be wood studs and joists. A mechanical platform will be located above the toilet areas with access through a drop-down ladder in the Janitor Room. The existing concrete slab will be required to be removed per the construction documents to complete all under slab structural, plumbing and electrical work. In addition to the washrooms in the northeast corner, two new storage areas are to be added in the middle of the building as a supplemental pricing option and are priced out separately for the work. Existing restrooms will need to be demolished and removed for the storage areas. A new access door to the existing kitchen will need to be installed as well.
