NO PLANS TO REBID The project consists of the construction of a new 40 Hp or 50 Hp duplex lift station; rehabilitation of the existing wet well / dry well lift station; five manholes; 350 feet of gravity sewer line; and 46 feet of pressure sewer line, complete with appurtenances Electronic documents shall be used to bid this work, however, potential bidders MUST gain access to the plans, specifications, and bid documents directly through Darren Krehbiel Consultants, LLC, and be placed on the qualified bidders list in order to bid this work. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner intends to award this project to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. Attention of bidders is called to the prevailing hourly rate of wages in the locality for each type of worker needed to execute the contract and also the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work, all as determined by the Division of Labor Standards. Failure of any bidder to receive the aforementioned Addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his bid as submitted. All Addendum so issued shall become a part of the Contract Documents.
