SCOPE OF SERVICES : a) Provider shall receive, inspect, store and assume custody of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) in a secure warehouse facility. b) Provider shall provide a shared tracking platform to 828 Design Firm and GLO/VLB Project Manager including proof of receipt, inspection reports, packing slips, Bill of Lading reports, photos of any damaged items, and packaging as warrantied items require. c) Provider is responsible for any damage to walls, ceilings, floors, etc. that are damaged as a result of furniture delivery and installation. Liquidated damages, actual damages, cost projections, and/or injunctive relief may also be invoked either separately or combined with any other remedy in accordance with applicable law. The GLO/VLB intends to award one (1) contract for the services requested under this Solicitation. Any contract resulting from this Solicitation shall be from the date of execution to August 31, 2024. The GLO/VLB, at its own discretion, and subject to applicable limitations in the General Appropriations Act and other law, may extend any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation, subject to terms and conditions mutually agreeable to both parties. Evaluation Period August 2, 2023 to August 17, 2023 Estimated Provider Selection and Notice of Intent to Award August 18, 2023 Estimated Contract Negotiation Period August 21, 2023 to September 14, 2023 Expected Execution of Contract September 15, 2023 The GLO/VLB reserves the right to reject any or all Solicitation Responses received prior to contract award.
