The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service requires a Contractor for the reconstruction of the PR-191 main water distribution system. The work includes installation of approximately three miles of HDPE waterline. Offers submitted in response to this solicitation shall include a technical proposal and a price proposal.
