Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit of cash or a certified check drawn on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of the contract is required. The black-out date for questions shall be May 25, 2023, at 12:00 PM. All work to be accomplished under the Base Bid and all alternates accepted shall be within 45 calendar days from the date of commencement.
