As of August 14, 2023, the project has been awarded and construction is anticipated to commence and be completed in Fall of 2023. The Project generally includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: 1. Demolition of existing site features including asphalt and concrete paving, curbing, landscaping, etc. 2. Installation of new paving. 3. Installation of new pavement markings. 4. Installation of new concrete curbing. 5. Seeding and site restoration. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier s check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid total. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any Bid at its sole discretion. **Please note, per Owner, we require that potential bidders contact LCSWMA directly to receive an official copy of the project plans. Please contact Mr. Robert C. Burke - Project Engineer at 717-874-4427 or rburke@lcswma.org to schedule a site visit and/or if you have any questions related to this project and/or to request a copy of the Contract Documents.
