Grand Valley Place Building Envelope Upgrade & Site Work at 218, 4th Street Brandon as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of exterior envelopment assembly, replacement of all windows and exterior doors, replacement of roofing and canopy assemblies, rain gear replacement, repair work associated with crawl space, upgrade existing HVAC system and replace existing baseboard heaters. Site upgrade works include the replacement of existing walkways, stairs and ramps, regrade and landscape, tree removal/pruning, fence replacement and exterior electrical and lighting upgrade. The work is sequenced into six phases and work is to be progressed continuously. The work site location will be partially occupied during the construction. Deadline for questions May 26, 2023, 4:00 pm CDT. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
